Maung Maung Rounding Rules Poster

We are learning to round numbers to make data easier to use.

Today, we used Google Drawings to create a Rounding Rules Poster. We wrote the key steps for rounding and added examples for rounding to the nearest 10, 100, and 1,000. To make our posters engaging, we used colours, images, and number lines to explain the rules clearly.

Maung Maung Digital Collage

Hello my name is Maung Maung and I go to Pt England school. These past 2 weeks room 3 literacy have been reading a book about a story called Stop/Go, Today I made a digital collage ab0ut the book Stop/Go. The story is about a roadwork and the guy with the shades breaks his tyre and tries to fix it but the guy with the walkie talkie hides it because he knows the guy (friendly way). The deep meaning is to show kindness cause hiding a car is too far.

Maung Maung Identifying character traits

Narrator/Jaxson F: Lets buy a ticket.

Hitch-Hiker/Maung Maung: Why? We could just steal one.

Narrator/Jaxson F: Wait, you didn’t say anything about stealing?

Hitch-Hiker/Maung: It’s okay, all we ~ave to do is wait in line and when the person in front gets a ticket we strike.

Hitch-Hiker/Maung and Narrator/Jaxson F: *walks into line and waits*

Narrator/Jaxson F:Are you sure about this?

Hitch-Hiker/Maung Yes, it always works.

Narrator/Jaxson F: Okay I trust you.

Hitch-Hiker/Maung *steals 2 tickets from an rich man*

Narrator/Jaxson F: I have a bad feeling about this.

Hello! this week room 3 literacy has been learning on how to identify character traits. Today I made a short script based on the 2 characters in the text called “hitch hiker” made by Roald dahl. The narrator is trustworthy, kind hearted, and a loving man, but the hitch hiker is not a trustworthy person. He is also a theif, manipulating, mischievous person.
